Rigid Component Systems ("RCS") offers text message notifications to keep job-site contacts informed about their upcoming deliveries.

What messages will I receive?

If your phone number is on file as a site contact for an RCS delivery order, you may receive text messages including:

  • Delivery date confirmations

  • Delivery schedule changes or reschedules

  • Driver en-route alerts

How does consent work?

Your phone number is provided to RCS by an authorized company representative — such as a sales rep, general manager, or project superintendent — when they create or update a delivery order in our delivery management system. By providing your phone number as a job-site contact, the authorized representative confirms that you have agreed to receive delivery-related text messages from RCS.

You will only receive messages directly related to deliveries associated with your phone number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on delivery activity. You can expect to receive approximately 1–5 messages per delivery order.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from RCS. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
