Rigid Comnponent Systems utilizes the John F. Butts Truss Design Software "Truss D&E".  Not only can the DynaTruss shape be designed in this software but the ability to design almost any other steel shape into a truss can be performed in this software.

All Trusses are clearly marked with the label as shown.  Job information, Loads, and the truss tag are all shown.  The center section of the label is placed to the bottom edge of the truss bottom chord and the top and bottom edges fold up on the truss chord sizes.  Once sheetrock is applied the side with loading and Job information can still be seen from the attic side of the roof for future reference as it is needed.

Rigid Comnponent Systems utilizes the DynaTruss product in manufacturing light gauge steel trusses for any application, commercial or residential.

Rigid Comnponent Systems provides metal framing as required to support truss hip corners, CLB bracing, and other miscellaneous framing with the help of the StudCo Stud and track sections with a common SSMA designation.

Rigid Component Systems provides clips for truss-to -bearing connections that are manufactured by Dietrich Metal Framing.  Products come in easy to handle boxes or buckets ensring all the clips get to the project site.

Rigid Component Systems uses the patented "Hook & Hang" connector provided by Progressive Systems.  These connectors are apllied during fabriation for ease of truss-to truss connection during truss installation.
